Up to monthly requests
Prices increase in tiers with the request levels being 5 million, 15 million, 50 million, 100 million, 150 million, 250 million, 500 million and 1 billion. Please contact our customer success team if you expect to track more than 1 billion requests from the start.

Tideways collects in-depth traces for profiling analysis at this number of traces per minute using a complex sampling strategy.
Data on SQL Queries, External HTTP services, caches and frameworks is collected out of the box.

Maximum of 500 spans/trace
Spans describe the performance and context for different operations in a request, for example SQL queries, HTTP requests, calls to Redis, Elasticsearch or other databases, templates, events, listeners.

Every profiling session started explicitly by a user through the Chrome Extension, CLI, Query Parameter, Tracepoint consumes at least one trace trigger credit.
A session that triggers more traces will consume more quota.

Advanced Tracepoint Triggers
Tideways collects tracepoints with callgraph information from a range of different endpoints and transactions automatically.
This provides additional code level performance insights every day, and combined with traces in the history keeps this information for 15 months.
